At Cumberland Custom Cases, nearly 75% of the cases and other items I make are customized in one way or another before they leave my shop. As such, these pieces cannot be made ahead of time and therefore require additional manufacturing time. Please allow an extra 10-12 days manufacturing time for any order which includes stamped or silver lettering or faux-gator skin.

Additionally, because these items are custom made, they may not be returned for any reason with the exception of material or workmanship failure which occurs during normal wear and tear conditions.
