Cumberland Custom Cases will accept the return of any non-personalized item within 30 days of the date of sale provided it is accompanied by the original receipt.

Personalized items may not be returned for any reason with the exception of material or workmanship failure. In that situation, the item would be covered under the Lifetime Guarantee and would be replaced at no charge.
