I received my case today and I really love it. This thing is great! I have a bigger case I use for playing out, but I've always carried a Lee Oscar soft case around so I have harps with me all the time. I recently purchased a couple of your harp cases (a single slot case and a six slot gig case). My first impressions were how attractive they are! They're like jewelry for the harmonica player. When I slipped 6 harps into the gig case I realized they were not only well crafted, but functional. Harps don't bind when you're taking them out of the holster, yet fit snugly enough not to fall out. Bottom line- I love them! Thanks again for providing and exceptional product with excellent and timely service.

Thanks. It is great looking. As I looked through the labels I see an "FFL" and say to myself what the hell is a F flat low? Sure enough that is what I I told you to label it! Some times I think I am losing it. I have no idea what I may have meant.....perhaps a double low F. I'll try to find a Fb on my guitar!!!!!! Once again, it's perfect. Your workmanship is awesome. The chromatic case holds my Hering Velvet Voice very nicely. I have a couple of Pullman leather cases for my diatonics and when I compared them to the Cumberland, yours were better stitched and smoother. Jeffrey - This morning the postwoman came to deliver a USPS parcel. Frantically, I opened it and suddenly I discovered the result of your work. I said to myself in French clear and loud, "Génial! Il a tout compris, c'est super beau!" This mean "Oh my goodness the man has understood everything, this is gorgeous." I spent almost 10 minutes just staring at my new customized case. It is rare that a man can understand the mix of sense of humor and femininity that I like, and you did exactly what I had in mind. I've shown it to my best female friend and she mistook it for a luxury handbag and she said that she'd like to have one. Same with a Spanish harp player...he's decided to contact you next month to orer one of your cases. I have to say that the finishing is PERFFECT, and the bonus July 07 gift (the single harp case) that came along with the 12 slot case is very nice and kind. The case you made will follow me everywhere and it will get old along with me. Nevertheless, everyone has told you that the price of it is more than cheap. I know there is no need for a testimonial. Truth be told, there is not much I can write that has not already been written more than a few times over. That said, I have noticed that the two words that keep popping up in most of the testimonials are quality and craftsmanship. And that is exactly what has blown me away about the case and Pouches I received. There is a sturdiness, style and polish to the products that I truly was not expecting. I mean, I knew they were going to be nice. Anyone who spends any amount of time browsing your website could figure that out. I just did not realize how nice they could be. There is not a rough edge to be found. I feel a little like a school kid with a shiny new toy to show off. So I guess there is no reason to talk about the cases themselves. What I will talk about, then, is the service. The prompt replies, the questions asked and answered, really made the whole transaction enjoyable. It is an odd world we live in. Thanks to the internet, it is one where small businesses can conduct business around the world. I have tested the virtual waters with more than a few businesses. I have had experiences both good and bad (thankfully more good than bad). This was the first time I have ever had a business contact me, unprompted, just to makes sure the package arrived. I wanted to say thank you so much for your ability to work within a time frame. Uncle Paul (he is actually our cousin) as we call him turned 100 on January 26, 2008. He has played the harmonica since he was about 12, 82 years of playing the harmonica. He wanted to give a concert at 100 yoa, and played several songs. It is obvious that he loves the harmonica as much as we loved hearing him play. When I opened the package, I was not sure what to expect, but the fine attention to detail was amazing in the leather, stitching and engraving.
